Notice of Recapitulating Events
The following are repetitive events throughout the current year at Hammonds Plains Children's Centre. Iterations are different and range between once a year, once a month to once every quarter of the year.
1. Fire Drill
Every first day of the month the centre is open, we execute a firedrill. Notes to be made are: Time when the firebell was first set off, total number of children present, total number of staff present and time needed to get everyone outside the building.
2. Parent Teacher Meeting
Parent Teacher Meetings take place at Hammonds Plains Children's Centre (upper level) every three months. The following dates are set for the current year: (1) February 10th, (2) May 19th, (3) August 18th and (4) November 17th. All dates are Wednesdays. Minutes of meeting done by Ms. Karen Comeau. Time of all meetings are 7:00 pm.
3. Parent Committee
Parent Committee Meetings take place at Hammonds Plains Children's Centre the fourth Thursday of every other month. The following dates are set for the current year: (1) February 25th, (2) April 22h, (3) June 24th, (4) August 26th, (5) October 27th, (6) December 17th. Staff member present is Ms. Karen Comeau. Time of all meetings are 7:00 pm.

4. Water Test
Water Tests take place at Hammonds Plains Children's Centre every three months. The following months are set for coliform bacteria tests during the current year: (1) January, (2) April, (3) July (4)October. October of every even year is the month where we test for chemical quality. Our Registration Number is 2001-020958.
